If you could tell something to students in America
about Kosovo, what would it be?
I would want to tell to American students that Kosovo is good country and it has beautiful young people but they don’t have many opportunities to work or study, because Kosovo is a country with more than 50% unemployment. Kosovo is a poor country but people here are beautiful, and they deserve to have opportunities like the young people in America.
Here there are opportunities that do not exist, like in America, so I would say to American students: be grateful for your country and the opportunities your country gives to you.
Why does Kosovo need more educated women?
The unemployment of women is a very present issue in Kosovo. Kosovo needs more education of women because the discrimination of genders that exists here. When a woman has finished a University degree, she will have a job and that thing will make her feel more secure.
